On Saturday, April 12, Esquires had the empowering opportunity to train with CJ, a Royce Gracie Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt during Part I of our Self-Defense series. Throughout the session, participants learned and practiced essential front- and rear-facing defense techniques designed to increase awareness, build confidence, and prepare them for real-life situations. The hands-on experience fostered a supportive environment where Esquires encouraged one another and embraced the challenge with focus and enthusiasm. By the end of the day, they left with not only valuable skills but also with a renewed sense of confidence, strength, and unity.
